SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Stimilitia LLC ("Stimilitia," "we," "our," or "us"). This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and its territories where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations at our sole discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Stimilitia are legal to possess, import, and use in their destination jurisdiction.

3. SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors including:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Stimilitia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs inspections

  • Labor disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may not immediately reflect package movement.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Additional shipping charges

  • Address correction fees

  • Reshipment costs

Stimilitia is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Stimilitia is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost after delivery

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Delivered to unsecured locations at the customer's request

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

We may assist in filing carrier claims at our discretion but are not obligated to provide replacements or refunds.

9. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Photograph the package immediately.

  2. Retain all packaging materials.

  3. Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

  4. Provide photos and order information.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.

10. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Refused delivery

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Unclaimed packages

may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Original shipping cost deductions

Any refund issued will be reduced by applicable costs incurred by Stimilitia.

11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges.

  • Customs delays are outside our control.

  • We do not guarantee customs clearance.

  • Products confiscated by customs agencies are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

Stimilitia shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • War

  • Terrorism

  • Civil unrest

  • Labor disputes

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Carrier failures

13. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot legally be shipped or delivered.
